The present application under Section 484/485 read with Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter „BNSS‟) has been filed on behalf of the applicant, seeking modification of the order dated 24.01.2025, by which the petitioner herein, was granted further three weeks furlough for furnishing a personal bond in a sum of Rs. 10,000/-. 4.

permitted to furnish cash surety. The learned counsel further states that the petitioner has not misused the liberty granted to him. 5.
This Court‟s attention has been drawn to the order dated 10.02.2024 passed by the Superintendent, Central Jail No. 14, Mandoli, wherein the applicant was permitted to furnish cash surety of Rs. 10,000/- alongwith a personal bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent.

After hearing submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and going through the order passed by this Court on 24.01.2025. This Court is inclined to allow the present application. The petitioner is permitted to furnish a cash surety of Rs. 10,000/- alongwith a personal bond in the like amount, as mentioned in the order dated 24.01.2025.

It is clarified that the other conditions imposed on the petitioner will remain the same.
