Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to quash the FIR No.0485/2023 dated 03.11.2023 under Sections 466/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station: Kotla Mubarakpur, Delhi.

Learned counsel for ASC submits that Closure Report has been filed, now whatever would be the consequences thereafter, shall be fresh subject matter.

In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present Writ Petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law, if required.
