% 11.01.2018 Crl.M.A. No. 552/2018 (Exemption) This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner for exemption from filing certified copies of the annexures. Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. Bail Appln. No. 71/2018 Submissions made on behalf of either side.

On behalf of the applicant, it has been submitted that the applicant is a 65 years old lady and that she has no role to play in relation to the allegations levelled in the instant case qua the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 365/328/342/376/506/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and submits that the basic allegations are against the grandson of the applicant, a juvenile, who has already been released on bail. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that there is an active role alleged against the applicant as per the averments in the

FIR and the same is also corroborated through the statement of the prosecutrix under Section 164 CR.P.C.

Without any observation on the merits or demerits of the case, taking into account the allegation that there are allegations of the alleged abduction of the prosecutrix and that of the prosecutrix thereafter having been taken away from Delhi and the applicant also allegedly forced the prosecutrix to marry her grandson and thereafter she is alleged to have been raped, there is no ground whatsoever for grant of anticipatory bail.

The application is dismissed.
