This is an application preferred on behalf of the applicant under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 275/2022 dated 20.05.2022 under Section 302 IPC registered at PS: Sunlight Colony. 2.

Counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the petition and submits that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial as the material witness has been examined and five formal witnesses remain to be examined.
