The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the applicant has been arrested in another FIR. The applicant, at the moment, is in custody in FIR No. 148/2024, dated 24.02.2024, under Sections 147/148/149/336 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC') and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Subzi Mandi. 2.

On the last date of hearing, that is, 29.02.2024, the learned counsel who represented the applicant had sought discharge on the ground that the applicant, despite filing the present application had filed another bail application in the present FIR which was dismissed as withdrawn on 20.02.2024. 3.

Today, none appears for the applicant.
