The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 145/2022 of PS Timarpur for offence under Section 420/467/468/471/120B IPC. Broadly speaking, the accused/applicant allegedly defrauded multiple persons by posing as the Vice President of FCI and assuring them award of contracts running into crores of rupees.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh before the Trial Court after examination of the public witnesses. 3.
As requested, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.

Trial Court is requested to expedite the proceedings, but of course keeping in view its calendar.
