% 25.03.2026 After making some submissions in the matter, Mr. Aditya Dhawan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition, in view of the objections as to the maintainability raised on behalf of the respondent/ED in light of the decision of the Supreme Court in Shrikant Upadhyay & Ors. Vs. State of Bihar & Anr.1. Mr. Dhawan also seeks liberty to adopt all such other remedies, as may be available, in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed-of as withdrawn; with liberty as prayed for.
