Learned counsel for the landlord submits that, pursuant to the last order dated 27.11.2025 as also the settlement arrived at inter se the parties on 09.06.2025, since the tenant has handed over the vacant, peaceful and physical possession of the subject premises to the landlord on 20.11.2025, thus, nothing further surviving in the present petition, and he seeks to withdraw the present petition.
