The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 08.01.2024 in HMA No. 30/2023 passed by the learned Family Court, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi (hereinafter referred as „Trial Court‟) wherein the application seeking permission to withdraw the petition moved on behalf of the petitioner herein was posted for further arguments. 4.
After making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition submitting that he shall be making all the submissions as mentioned in this petition before the learned Trial Court.
