By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR 274/2024, dated 14.04.2024, registered at P.S. Ranhola, Outer District, Delhi, under Sections 394/397/411/458/34 of the of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2.

Pursuant to the order dated 28.01.2026, a status report has been handed over in Court and is taken on record.

After some arguments, Mr. Shubham Parashar, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
