O R D E R

% 08.01.2018 Petitioner is seeking anticipatory protection. Present FIR No. 0472/2015 has been registered under Section 33 of the Delhi Excise Act PS Bawana. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only role attributed to the present petitioner is that he was the owner of the registered vehicle from which the alleged recovery had been effected; submission is that this vehicle had been sold by him two months ago to one Sumit Singh and the affidavit of sale and purchase is part of the record. Investigating officer shall make necessary verification of this document.

It is not in dispute that the co-accused Dharmender from whom the recovery was effected has since been granted regular bail. Petitioner undertakes to joint investigation as and when summoned by

investigating officer. In the event of arrest petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned SHO.

Petition disposed of.
