Respondent-wife is present in the Court along with her counsel and states that there is no question of not complying with Court's orders regarding visitation. She further states that visitation has been done on previous occasions, though some were missed on account of examination of the child, who is in Class VII, and the same was communicated to the petitioner.

This is, however, refuted by the petitioner, who is also present in the Court.

Attention has been drawn by petitioner's counsel to the order dated 29th November 2023 passed in CONT.CAS(C) 614/2023, where the Court had directed both parties to comply with the order in its right earnest. There is no necessity to reiterate the said directions. 4.

Both the parties are appearing personally before the Court and understand the importance of the orders of this Court. 5.

will be accommodated by petitioner, but adequate communication will be given to the respondent in advance, in this regard. 6.

The next visitation is scheduled for 17th May 2025, the third Saturday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in Children's Room, Family Court, Rohini. This visitation shall be strictly complied with since the respondent herself has stated that presently the children have no exams at this stage. 7.

As regards travel expenses which have also been directed - in this regard a communication be sent by counsel for respondent to the counsel for petitioner with a statement tabulating the expenses which shall be reimbursed, within a week thereafter.

No further directions are required.

This petition stands disposed of in terms of above. 10.
