Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 341/2021 of Police Station New Friends Colony for offence under Section 279/304A IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner.

On being pointed out that a person lost life in the roadside accident and it is only the deceased who suffered the pain and loss of life, so even if any compensation is accepted by LRs in lieu of settling the disputes, that would be sanctifying blood money, which is not recognized by any civilized society, learned counsel for petitioner on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

As requested, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
