% 15.07.2020 It is seen from the record that two applications, one seeking parole and the other seeking exemption, have both been numbered Crl. M. A. No. 5773/2020 by the Registry. Let this be corrected. 2.

At the outset, Mr. Ayush Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition seeking parole, the petitioner was granted parole on an interim basis by order dated 08.04.2020.

Thereafter however, by order dated 12.04.2020 made by the Jail Administration, the petitioner has been granted emergency parole, which has been further extended by administrative orders dated 22.05.2020, 28.05.2020 and 08.07.2020. W.P. (CRL.) No. 3021/2019 Page of

Based upon status report dated 14.07.2020 filed in the matter, Mr. Rajesh Mahajan, learned ASC appearing for the State, confirms this submission.

In view of the above, Mr. Srivastava submits that the petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of as such. 6.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. 7.
