By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as 'A&C Act'), the petitioner seeks extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal till 31.12.2025 for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing the Award. 2.
Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and submits that the respondent has no objection to the prayer made in the petition. 4.
Learned counsels for the parties submit that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of framing of issues.

Considering the aforesaid request and the no objection given by the other side, the present petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Tribunal is extended till 31.12.2025. It is further directed that any proceedings that were conducted after the expiry of the mandate shall also stand validated and regularised.
