% 29.01.2020 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Impugned Order has been cancelled by the Competent Authority without prejudice to their rights and contention.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents also have to remove the seal on the premises which was put pursuant to the Impugned Order. The respondents would do the needful within a period of two weeks from today.
