This is an application under Section 528 of the BNSS seeking the following prayers:
"a. To set aside the proclamation order dated 11.03.2019, issued by the Metropolitan Magistrate-01, NI Act, New Delhi, in CT No. 11923/2017.
b. To direct the trial court to allow the petitioner to defend the case on merits.
c. To grant such other or further relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
