The present Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for issuance of a direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent to produce the missing daughter of the petitioner, namely, Ms. Neetu. 2.

Ms. Neetu has appeared before us in person. She submits that she has married Mr. Dhananjay Rajput and is happily living with him. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
