This application has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for recording of compromise arrived at between the parties.

The application is duly signed by all the parties to the suit and supported by their affidavits.

The terms of the settlement are recorded in paragraph 3 of the application.
4.
I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.
5.
The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.
The application stands disposed of.

In view of the order passed above in I.A. 7109/2025, the present suit is decreed in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. 8.

In light of the directions passed by Supreme Court in High Court of Judicature at Madras v. M. C. Subramaniam and Others, (2021) 3 SCC 560, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870. 11.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
