CRL.REV.P.(MAT.) 38/2025 By way of the present petition filed under section 438 read with section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner impugns order dated 07.11.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Courts, Karkardooma District Courts, Delhi whereby on an application seeking ad-interim maintenance, the learned Family Court has awarded sum of Rs.7,500/- per month each to be paid by the petitioner to his wife (respondent) and minor daughter till the disposal of the petition filed under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 or till further orders in those proceedings.
After making some submissions in the matter, Mr. Lokesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw CRL.REV.P.(MAT.) 38/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
