CRL.M.C. 718/2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioners for setting aside / modification of order dated 08.12.2023 passed by learned ACMM, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts in FIR No. 325/2023 under Sections 307/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act registered at PS: Vasant Kunj South.

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

programme could not materialize. Thereafter, an application was preferred on 25.01.2024 before learned CMM since the petitioners propose to travel w.e.f. 01.02.2024 but the application is listed by learned CMM for 12.02.2024, which shall make the travel dates redundant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioners, learned CMM is directed to consider the application filed on behalf of the petitioners on 31.01.2024 at 02:00 PM. Petition is accordingly disposed of.

A copy of this order be forwarded to learned CMM for information and compliance.
