This petition is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of period for concluding the arbitration proceedings.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection to the prayer made, however, contends that the petitioner is adopting delaying tactics.

The Supreme Court in Rohan Builders (India) Private Limited v. Berger Paints India Limited (2025) 10 SCC 802 held as under : "23.

In view of the above, the time period for conclusion of the proceedings is extended by twelve months.

This petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
