% 29.01.2020 The learned counsel for the respondents on the basis of instructions submits that, without prejudice to the rights and contention of the respondents in the Letter Patents Appeal being LPA 789/2019, titled Union of India & Anr vs. Tanvika Chandran, filed by the respondents challenging the order dated 30.10.2019 passed by this Court in WP (C) 10615/2019, the respondents have issued a passport in favour of the petitioner on 28.01.2020 and the same has been dispatched to the petitioner. In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of.
