% 08.03.2017 Learned counsel for respondent no. 1 / SDMC points out that the petitioner has not appeared before the Department to identify the property. Property nevertheless been identified. On instructions learned counsel for the respondent no.1 points out that illegal deviations in the property i.e. in Khasra No. 48 and 49, in the extended Laldora of Village-Tajpur Khurd, New Delhi were noted and show cause notice was issued to the occupier / owner on 15.02.2017. The illegal deviations were noted on the ground floor, first floor and the second floor of the afore noted property. Work stop notice of the same date was also issued to the owner / occupier. Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that all actions which
have been initiated shall be taken to its ultimate goal and this commitment made to the Court shall be honoured in true letter and spirit. This statement of respondent no.1 is taken on record. No further orders are called for.
