He submits that the respondent is a body corporate incorporated in Russia, therefore, the arbitration sought to be invoked is an 'International Commercial Arbitration' within the meaning of Section 2(1)(f) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter 'the Act'). Accordingly, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India will have the jurisdiction to entertain the present petition under Section 11 of the Act.
