% 29.01.2026 1.

An adjournment was sought in this petition at first call. The adjournment was refused, but the matter was passed over to enable learned counsel for the petitioner to appear. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing on second call, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

3.

As the petitioner is not represented, the bail application, alongwith pending application, is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4.

It may be noted that the petitioner had, very recently, filed a bail application [BAIL APPLN. 43/2025] in which the following order was passed on 07.01.2026:

"After some arguments, Mr. Ishwar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn." The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 02/02/2026 at 11:34:48

5.

The only additional point noted in the present petition is that the matter was fixed before the Trial Court for framing of charges on 16.01.2026, but charges have not been framed and the proceedings were adjourned to 23.03.2026. Ms. Priyanka Dalal, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, has handed over a copy of the order dated 16.01.2026, which shows that an adjournment was taken at the request of a co-accused. Copy of the order is taken on record.
