Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the plaintiffs along with plaintiff No. 2, Mr. Nakul Manaktala and learned counsel for the defendants along with defendant No. 1, Mr. Vikas Manaktala, submit that the maters have been amicably settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 23.04.2024, which has been signed by all the parties to the Suit and is counter-signed by the learned counsels.

It is, therefore, submitted that these two Suits may be disposed of/decreed, in terms of the Settlement Agreement. It is further affirmed by the learned counsels and the parties that the settlement has been arrived at voluntarily without any coercion and that all the parties undertake to remain bound by the terms of the Settlement.

The Suits are hereby decreed, in terms of the Settlement Agreement. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 4.
Decree Sheet be prepared accordingly.
