The petition is listed on an office note on the request received from the learned Trial Court for extension of time to complete the trial. 2.
Vide order dated 30th January, 2020 while disposing of the present Bail Application in case FIR No. 63/2017 under Section 302/34 IPC registered at PS Adarsh Nagar, though this Court dismissed the petition however requested the learned Trial Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from that date.

Considering that due to lock down trial could not be completed, request of learned Trial Court is bona fide.
