The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. He submits that in terms of the settlement, divorce between the parties has taken place.

In view of the fact that in the connected petition i.e. CRL.M.C. 1458/2020 the FIR No. 230/2019 under Section 468A IPC has been quashed, no more orders are required in the present bail application. 4.
