This is a joint application by the parties to bring on record the settlement between the parties.

As per the settlement, it is agreed that in case the judgment-debtor fails to pay the agreed amount of Rs. 68,78,16,329/-, the settlement agreement shall have the same status of an Arbitral Award in accordance with Section 74 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. 3.

Binding the parties to the settlement and Clause 6 of the settlement, the captioned execution petition being OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 34/2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.

The amount deposited by the judgment-debtor along with accrued interest be released to the judgment-debtor/its authorized representative.
