% 13.11.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner/accused seeks interim bail for 30 days on the ground of marriage of his sister to be solemnized on 17.11.2019 in case FIR No.791/2017 registered at Police Station Sultanpuri, Outer District Delhi.

Learned APP has verified the factum of the marriage of the petitioner's sister.

Accordingly, keeping in mind the heinous crime committed by the petitioner, I hereby direct the Jail Superintendent (concerned) to allow the petitioner to attend the marriage on 17.11.2019 from 10:00 am to 12 noon in custody and thereafter he shall be taken back to the concerned jail. The petition is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
