% 31.01.2020 The petition has already been disposed of vide order dated 15.01.2020 and taken up on CRL.M.A. 2163/2020 filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking to place on record the receipt of cost of Rs.10,000/- imposed vide order dated 15.01.2020 subject to deposit of which, the FIR in question was to be quashed. In view of the said receipt placed on record, the FIR No.301/2008, under Sections 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957 registered at PS Janakpuri as directed vide order dated 15.01.2020 stands quashed.
