We have heard the respective counsels.

With assistance of Mr. Pathak, learned counsel appearing for Land Acquisition Collector ('LAC'), we have perused the Award dated 3rd July 2019 in the backdrop of challenge raised in the petition. 3.
Mr. Pathak has invited our attention to notes specifically referred to in the Award, particularly at internal page no.10, extracted as under: The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Mr. Pathak has also invited our attention to the item at Serial No. 119 which includes the land at Khasra No. 1768/1 total admeasuring 2 Bighas 7 Biswas. According to him, land in aforesaid Khasra is divided into two parts- (a) 1.4 Bigha, to which petitioner has raised his claim and; (b) 1.3 Bigha.

Mr. Pathak has suggested that the land, even if referred to in the aforementioned Award is shown to be acquired, however, the clarification referred above in the two Notes, extracted hereinabove, establishes that in view of operation of status quo in Writ Petition (C) 1644/2016 (stay was ordered on 26th February 2016), the Award does not deal with the land of petitioner and as such would not operate against the petitioner. 6.
Accepting the aforesaid submission, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition considering the above statement. 7.
We make it clear, that this will not preclude the petitioner from submitting his objections, if any, including that of maintainability of acquisition proceedings qua notice dated 17th June 2019. 8.
Petition stands disposed of in above terms. Pending applications, if any, are rendered infructuous.
