The Status Report appears to have been filed by the respondentBSES, however, the same is not on record. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-BSES is directed to ensure that the Status Report is placed on the digital record of the Court positively before the next date of hearing. A copy thereof has been supplied to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who submits that he shall abide by the averments made in paragraph no.7 of the said report.

Paragraph no.7 reads as under:- "That the refund of the security deposit in favour of the Petitioner is being processed and the Petitioner is required to submit an undertaking before this Hon'ble Court to refund the said security amount to RC or any person making legal claim through it for the said security deposit as the Petitioner, who is claiming the security deposit, is not the RC of the connection of which he is seeking refund of the security deposit."

respondent-BSES by way of an affidavit as required in terms of paragraph no.7 of the Status Report.

On doing so, the respondent-BSES shall take necessary steps for release of the security.
