Counsel for the respondent states that they are agreeable to proceed with handing over the children for 15 days' vacation with their father. 2.

He states that they are willing to give 15 days if they are going domestically or 30 days if they are going overseas. 3.

This undertaking is taken on record.

The passports of both the children will be handed over within 2 days, to the petitioner.

Regards residual issues, the parties will attempt for an amicable resolution through mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre.

List before Mediator of DHCM&CC on 08th July 2025 at 3:30 P.M. 7.

A copy of the order be sent to the Organising Secretary, DHCM&CC for information and necessary compliance.
