This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking directions to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending application of the petitioner institution regarding shifting of its premises.

Mr. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the case the address of the petitioner college is Basant Parisar, Mayur Market, Gandhi Road, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh- 474011 and the petitioner wishes to change the address to Village Sirkoda (Badori), Jhansi Road, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh- 475001. For the said reasons, issue notice.

Ms. Malhotra, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

It is directed that the respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner for change of its address as mentioned above expeditiously and in any case, within 6 weeks from today.

Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner will be at liberty to avail of its legal rights in accordance with law. 7.
