% 21.10.2019 Vide the present application, the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail for a period of four weeks.

It is not in dispute that this Court vide order dated 17.10.2019 dismissed the bail application of the present applicant, therefore, the application is dismissed with cost of ₹10,000/- to be paid in favour of Delhi High Court Legal Services committee within two weeks from today, failing which the Registrar General of this Court shall ensure the recovery of the same as per law.

The application is dismissed.
