After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.

Leave, as prayed, is granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the order dated 19.12.2018 passed by this Court whereby the trial court was directed to expedite the trial and make an endeavour to conclude the same within a period of 9 months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now only the Investigating Officer and the ACP remains to be examined. He further submits that trial of the other co-accused has already been separated. 5.

It is stated that next date fixed before the trial court is 11.02.2020. BAIL APPLN. 2674/2019

In view of the aforesaid direction dated 19.12.2018, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and make an endeavour to conclude the same within two months after the next date fixed before the trial court i.e. 11.02.2020.
