% 10.07.2018 It is the petitioner's grievance that despite specific allegations made by him, his complaint dated 06.01.2014 recording the demand of gratification by a certain police officer, no investigation had been initiated by the respondents. The learned counsel for the State submits, upon instructions, that pursuant to the case being transferred to the Vigilance Branch, which is a specialized unit of Delhi Police, the issue has been investigated extensively, a FIR was registered and as of 7th July, 2018 the chargesheet had been filed in the court seized of the matter. In view of the above, no further orders are required in this petition at this stage.
