The Petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers: "i. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent no.2 and 3 to disburse the Immediate Financial Assistance of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Only) to the Petitioner expeditiously.

Learned Counsel for Respondent/GNCTD, on instructions from Respondent No.3, submits that the amount will be released in favour of the Petitioner within 10 days from today. The statement is taken on record. 3.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any.

It is open for the Petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) to ensure that the Order dated 04.07.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 9744/2017 is implemented in right earnest and the Scheme which has been framed is implemented properly.
