Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have settled their dispute and in view of the Settlement, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. He submits that the only charge remaining is under 323 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for which appropriate steps would be taken seeking compounding of the said offence. 2.

In view of the above, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
