Present application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking constitution of a medical board to ascertain the mental state of Petitioner No.1 and additional time for making payment of Rs. 2.25 crores in terms of the order dated 01st March, 2024.

Learned counsel for the Respondent-bank states that the Respondentbank has received a sum of Rs. 3 crores. In view of the aforesaid development, learned counsel for the applicant does not wish to press the present application. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the entire due of the Respondent-bank having been settled, the mortgages stated to have been executed by the Petitioners are directed to have been discharged and the title deeds, if any, available with the Respondent-bank are directed to be returned to the Petitioners within two weeks.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition and pending applications stand disposed of.
