% 27.02.2020 Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of three months in case bearing FIR No.481/2018 dated 30.09.2008 registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj (South) for offences punishable under Section 302/34 IPC r/w Section 3(1) (i) MCOCA.

Keeping in view the medical report dated 22.02.2020 produced by the Chairman of Medical Board pursuant to directions passed by this Court vide order dated 14.02.2020, I am not inclined to grant bail and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.

However, Jail Superintendent is directed to take care of follow up treatment of petitioner as advised by the medial board. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that she will take instruction from petitioner. If he is ready to bear the expenses of his treatment in private hospital then she will move another application. Accordingly, permission is granted.
