% 29.01.2026 Ms. Shubhi Gupta, learned APP appearing for the State takes a preliminary objection to submit, that the petitioners have approached this court directly without first exploring their remedy of seeking anticipatory bail before the learned sessions court.

In view thereof, Mr. Surjeet Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petitions, with liberty to first approach the learned sessions court. BAIL APPLN. 390/2026 & conn.

However, since the petitioner in BAIL APPLN. No.394/2026 is stated to be at an advanced stage of pregnancy, Ms. Gupta, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, has assured that no coercive steps would be taken against that petitioner - Anu Kumari, till the petitioner approaches the learned sessions court.

In view of the above, all petitions are disposed-of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed-for.
