% 25.05.2018 CM No.22477/2018 (by the petitioners under Section 151 CPC) 1.

This application has been filed by the petitioners in a petition that was disposed of on 20.03.2018, on directing the respondents to consider their representations and pass a speaking order under written intimation to them, through counsel, within six weeks from the date of the passing of the order. 2.

We are prima facie of the opinion that the present application is not maintainable in a disposed of petition. However, since learned counsel for the respondents has appeared on advance notice and states that he may be permitted to obtain instructions from the Department regarding the fate of the representations submitted by the petitioners, list on 10.07.2018, to await instructions.
