The concerned Authorised Representative of the respondent no.2, who is present in Court, submits that the petitioner has been selected as part of the Indian contingent for participating in the Special Olympics World Winter Games Turin 2025 to be held from 8th to 15th March, 2025 in Turin, Italy, in the sport of Speed Skating.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition; the same is accordingly disposed of. 3.
