% 29.01.2026 After some arguments, Mr. Abhik Chimni, learned counsel for the revisionist, seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition, with liberty to avail such remedies as may be available to the revisionist before the learned Family Court, in accordance with law. In view of the aforesaid, the present revision petition, alongwith the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the maintainability, merits, or the availability of any remedy which the revisionist may seek to pursue.
