Mr. Giriraj Subramanium, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present criminal leave petition, with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies in terms of the judgment of this Court in CRL.L.P. 215/2021 [Vijender Singh v. Mahender Pal @ Bindu, decided on 23.07.2025].

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn on the basis of Mr. Subramanium's submission as above.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the maintainability or merits of the proposed remedy. 4.
