Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that as per the instructions received from petitioner Association, the petitioner Association is no longer interested in pursuing with the present contempt petition.

It is also submitted that the earlier writ petition, which was directed to be considered as the representation, has already been considered by the respondent and their request has been rejected. 3.

Be that as it may, in view of the above said statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner Association, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed.
