This is an application seeking early hearing of the present writ petition on the ground that the petitioners and the respondent No.1 have arrived at a settlement.

As per the petitioners, the understanding reads as under:- "3. That pursuant thereto, the Respondent Bank has agreed to the following terms and conditions in favour of the Petitioners: a) Waiver of foreclosure charges considering that the loan facility is an individual facility and the Petitioners shall be entitled to close the loan account at any point of time without levy of foreclosure charges;
b) Waiver of the requirement of maintaining an ESCROW Account, with continuation of EMI servicing through NACH The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. from a non-Deutsche Bank account;
c) Waiver of the requirement of Tenant NOC.
4. That it has further been agreed that the aforesaid conditions shall remain applicable and binding for the entire tenure of the loan facility. . . ."

In view of the said understanding, Mr. Bhandari, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the petition.
